Plain-English heads-up: This is a legally binding agreement. By visiting our site, submitting a form (including Facebook/Meta Lead Ads), texting or calling us, booking an estimate, or purchasing services from us, you agree to these Terms.

1) Our Services

We provide exterior home services (for example: roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, storm restoration, inspections, estimates, and related consulting) (collectively, the Services). Specific scopes, timelines, and pricing are set out in written estimates, proposals, or service agreements for each job.

2) Estimates & Proposals
  • Estimates are typically free and based on information available at the time. They may change after on-site inspection or if conditions differ from those disclosed.

  • Proposals expire on the date stated or, if none, after 30 days.

  • Insurance-related work is subject to carrier approval and any policy terms.

3) Scheduling & Access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property (including power and water if needed), keep work areas clear, secure pets, and comply with safety notices. Weather, supply chain, or permitting issues may affect schedules. We will communicate material changes promptly.

4) Payments
  • Payment terms are as stated on the proposal/invoice. Deposits may be required.

  • You authorize us to charge agreed payment methods for progress and final payments.

  • Late balances may accrue interest to the maximum permitted by law plus collection costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

5) Materials & Substitutions

If a specified material is unavailable, we may propose a substantially equivalent substitute at the same or lower price; any price increase requires your written approval.

6) Warranties
  • Workmanship: We provide a workmanship warranty as stated in your proposal.

  • Manufacturer Warranties: Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and subject to their terms.

  • Exclusions: Normal wear, misuse, alterations by others, acts of God, hidden or pre‑existing conditions (including rot/mold/structural issues), or failure to maintain are excluded.

7) Change Orders & Unforeseen Conditions

If concealed conditions are discovered (e.g., rotten sheathing, code-required upgrades), we will issue a written change order describing scope, cost, and time impact. Work will proceed once approved.

8) Compliance & Codes

We perform work in accordance with applicable building codes and industry standards as of the date of installation. Permits and inspections, if required, will be obtained or coordinated as stated in your proposal.

9) Safety & Property Protection

We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property; however, landscaping disturbances, minor scuffs, or nail remnants may occur despite best efforts. Please move vehicles and valuables prior to work. We recommend a post‑project magnetic sweep; we also perform one as part of cleanup.

10) User Conduct (Website/Ads/Forms)

You agree not to misuse our site or lead forms, including by: (i) submitting false information, (ii) attempting to access non‑public systems, (iii) infringing others’ rights, or (iv) deploying malware/spam.

11) Intellectual Property

Our website content, logos, photography, copy, and trademarks are owned by Quantum Exteriors or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without written permission.

12) Promotions & Testimonials

Any advertised promotions are subject to posted terms, geographic and eligibility limits, and may change or end without notice. By providing a review or testimonial, you grant us a non‑exclusive license to display it (with your first name and city unless you request otherwise).

13) Third‑Party Services

We may use third parties (for example, payment processors, CRM, scheduling, messaging providers, and Meta/Facebook/Google analytics). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services.

14) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
  • EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE SERVICES AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

15) Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us for claims arising from your misuse of the Services, the website, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

16) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the project property is located, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve disputes within 30 days after written notice. If unresolved, claims will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state. You and we waive jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17) Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the website or Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
